Larry Decker
Position
Larry started in the insurance business in 1979 in Greensburg, Indiana.
Started a scratch with no book of business with State Farm Insurance
In 1981. Then because of his success he was offered a transfer to Bloomington, Indiana in 1986. The after winning many awards for quality business both in production and profitability he decided to retire from State Farm and pursuit of other opportunities in the insurance business. In 2015 started his career that had a focus on helping small and medium business owners with their managing the risks related to business insurance and risk management.
Larry came to One Indiana Property and Casualty LLC October 2021 as the Executive Director for the Agency. His focus has been in making sure that the agency has quality companies to help their clients that can provide a high level of protection and outstanding customer service.
Larry grew up Columbus, Indiana and graduated from Columbus High School.
Larry was a part of the Bulldog basketball program and was also a member of the Officials Club at CHS.
After graduation he went on to Vincennes University were a made the VU men’s basketball team as a walk on. That team went on to be 33-0 and NJCAA National Champions.
Then transferred to Indiana State University in Terre Haute and majored in marketing.
Larry started his basketball officiating career while a student at ISU in 1973.
He has worked for the IHSAA, NCAA, NAIA, and Junior College basketball.
Larry and his wife Stephanie live in the Greenwood, IN area. Larry has one son that lives in the Bloomington and Stephanie has two sons. They also have two puppies named Rudy and Roxie.
Brent Willett
Position
Brent Willett is the Vice President of OneIndiana Property and Casualty, LLC, an independent risk management agency that pledges to provide a personal relationship with their clients.
Brent grew up in Monrovia, IN and is a graduate of the University of Evansville where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Upon the completion of college, Brent went on to earn his Doctor of Jurisprudence of Indiana University School of Law. Shortly after completion of Law School, Brent made the decision to serve his country and enlisted in the United States Army. While in the Army, Brent had the honor to serve this country overseas in Iraq, returning as a decorated Iraqi War Combat Veteran.
After his military service was over, Brent eventually moved back to Indiana and became an insurance Producer. In 2020, Brent was approached to head up OneIndiana Property and Casualty with the vision of providing a different experience when it comes to risk management wants and haves.
In his spare time, Brent serves on the Executive Board of the American Legion Post 145 as the Service Officer, is an avid sports enthusiast and, most importantly, spends as much time with his daughter as possible.
